Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

In this challenging position you are responsible for product development projects spanning from concept to serial manufacturing. Additionally, you will be in contact with our development partners in research and academia as well as with our customers and suppliers

• Development of technologies, processes, products and system components in close coordination with product and market management and customers
• Development and realization of high-frequency components such as EMP / NEMP / HEMP based innovative concepts, materials and manufacturing processes
• Modeling and design of high-frequency pulse, lightning and EMC protection and limiting circuits
• Pulse and high frequency simulations
• Carrying out series of experiments and tests (e.g. high-frequency, pulse and power measurements)
• Preparation of measurement specifications, test reports and laboratory journals
• Project management with responsibility for execution of the development order and achieving its objectives (technology, deadline and cost)

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in high frequency communications engineering, electrical engineering or physics. A basic technical education as an electronics technician, physics lab technician or similar is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position and in a global industrial company is desired.
• Your quick comprehension and high level of initiative help you to understand new topics and to implement them with commitment.
• You are strong experienced in the management of development projects.
• You work very independently, self-determined and take responsibility.
• You are goal-oriented and very communicative.
• Your English and German skills are proven in practice.
