Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören folgende Schwerpunkte:

·         technical responsibility for product development in close cooperation with our product management, our sales                  companies and customers

·         new and further development of products inclusive relocation projects

·         Capture of customers needs

·         Definition of the product specification

·         Elaboration of solution proposals

·         Evaluation of concept variants

·         Dimensioning and calculations/simulations

·         Building of prototypes and pilot series

·         Validation of the products in the laboratory and at customer

·         Contact person for suppliers and customers in all technical aspects

·         Close collabortation with the supporting departments Purchasing, Quality and Manufacturing in all qualitative and              technical matters

Dazu bringen Sie folgende Fähigkeiten mit:

·         Bachelor/Master degree (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in mechanical engineering / mechatronic / systems engineering

·         Proven knowledge in development, industrialization and market launch of mechanical or mechatronic products

·         Creative, independent and solution-oriented way of working

·         Professional experience, preferably in the vacuum- and thinfilm industry

·         Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

·         Strong problem solving skills in a complex environment

·         Willingness for internationally travel and collaborate with customers on site (10-20%)
